By car :
Coming from Geneva: Highway Geneva -> Lyon via Nantua;
after toll, go ahead to Lyon Center / Villeurbanne. Then, take the direction
Périphérique Nord - Porte de la DOUA. Exit to Porte de la DOUA,
direction "Domaine scientifique". At the third traffic lights, take left to
the campus. The building in front of you is IPN.
Coming from Paris: Highway Paris -> Lyon; after toll at
Villefranche-sur-Saone, take highway A46 direction Marseille (about 20 kms),
then direction Lyon Center / Villeurbanne. Then, take the direction
Périphérique Nord - Porte de la DOUA. Exit to Porte de la DOUA,
direction "Domaine scientifique". At the third traffic lights, take left to
the campus. The building in front of you is IPN.
Coming from Marseille: Highway Marseille -> Lyon. After the toll
at Vienne, take highway A46 direction Paris (about 30 kms), then direction
Lyon Center / Villeurbanne. Then, take the direction
Périphérique Nord - Porte de la DOUA.
Exit to Porte de la DOUA , direction "Domaine scientifique". At the third
traffic lights, take left to the campus. The building in front of you is IPN.
Coming from Annecy or Grenoble: Highway (A43) -> Lyon.
About 20 kms after toll take the direction Périphérique Nord,
Paris/Bourg en Bresse, Exit at Porte de la DOUA , direction "Domaine
scientifique". At the third traffic lights, take left to the campus.
The building in front of you is IPN.
By train :
Perrache and Part-Dieu station: take Tramway T1 Perrache -
IUT-Feyssine. (stop Université Lyon I Claude Bernard ).
By plane :
At Satolas Airport, three alternatives: taxi, shuttle (to railway stations
Part-Dieu and Perrache, every 20 minutes from 6am to 11pm), rented car
(direction: Lyon -> Villeurbanne -> La Doua).
